A dedicated Goldie Homes expert will personally meet with you—whether onsite, at your home, or online—to guide you through the process. We will answer all your design and construction questions while exploring design options to bring your vision to life.

Following our initial discussions, Goldie will perform a high-level site assessment to evaluate its suitability and identify any potential challenges or obstacles, providing you with expert guidance from the outset. No fees are payable at this point.

Using insights from the high-level site review, your Goldie expert will guide you through recommended designs, optimal home orientation, positioning, and finishes packages. Once you’ve selected your preferences, we’ll collaborate with our trusted builder partner, providing them with your choices. The builder will organise a detailed land assessment to ensure everything aligns seamlessly. Any adjustments will be made accordingly.

At this stage, our builder partner takes the lead. A $4,000 deposit is required to proceed with a detailed land survey and geotechnical engineering report. Once the assessments are complete, the builder will provide a fixed-price quotation tailored to your selected Goldie design and finishes. This comprehensive quotation can be used to secure finance pre-approval before finalising your building contract.

Our builder partner will draft your building contract and guide you through the process, including an overview of the construction timeline. A 5% deposit is payable on signing.
Once all necessary council permits are secured and approved, the construction of your new Goldie home will commence.

At each stage of construction, an independent building inspector will assess works to ensure the quality of workmanship meets required standards. A payment stage claim will be submitted to your lender on your behalf.

Once the certificate of occupancy is issued, our builder partner provides a 12-month construction warranty, giving you peace of mind and confidence in the quality of your new Goldie home. Additionally, a Goldie expert will follow up with a satisfaction review to gather your feedback on the building process and your experience living in your architectural Goldie home.
